Reports that Syracuse has repeatedly violated their own routing drug policy & policing..
Their program ... "awash in positive drug tests and, in many cases, failed to adhere to its internal drug policy while playing ineligible players"
...and going back as far as 2001.
If this is true, will the NCAA identify the drug violators?
