NCAA grants waiver in unique case

For once, the NCAA does something good. They have granted a waiver for a small college women's team to play an early season game to enable a girl with a terminal cancer to play in a game before she dies.

This game between Mount St. Joseph's College and Hiram College that was moved to November 2 and switched to the campus of Mount St. Joseph in Cincinnati now has so much interest and demand for tickets, that the game will now be moved again to the Cintas Center arena on the campus of Xavier University.
