If the NCAA was serious about the RPI theory they would mandate that schools play home and away
I always find it ironic when people get upset that their team can't get games from "bigger name" schools but at the same time act upset with their coach for scheduling "lower name" schools.

Do you want to give Chicago State a return game? If not, why should Kansas State come to Peoria? Do you really want the NCAA mandating that you give return games to Chicago State or Texas-Pan American?

Congrats on the game though. As long as CLO is on KSU's staff, I will be rooting against them.

      FWIW
Here's a column on how much Michigan spent on five guarantee games - hosting FIVE really low-level softies that were automatic wins...
UMass-Lowell, South Carolina State, Coppin State, Houston Baptist, and Holy Cross...(only Holy Cross had an RPI better than 265)
They paid out $450,000 for those five games ($90K each on average)....but even over and above those big paychecks -
Michigan also threw in 75 complimentary tickets and a dozen hotel rooms including a pricey suite to one opponent and similar deals for the others
including bus service for one - and $10K for each of their exhibition opponents.

LSU was a 1-1-1 series set up under Turgeon. The final game was delayed after a coaching change for a couple of years. We went 3-0 during that series. The "neutral" game was in Shreveport where we weren't outnumbered by much when it came to fan support. Tennessee played in Wichita last year as it was a H/H series. We split the series with the Vols.

here's a pretty good preview of the 2014-15 K-State Wildcats....direct from Bruce Weber - he talks largely about their players, conference - does not mention the Bradley game
