  • A look back at a few of the 2013 recruits

just the ones that Bradley was pursuing...

Nate Taphorn - went to Northwestern, played a bunch early on but then sat a bunch in the 2nd half...struggled both to score or hit from the outside - even got used as a post player when Northwestern got caught with no depth in the paint. Now may get recruited over by Chris Collins.

Marquis Pryor - went to Lee College (juco) played in 28 games, averaged just 4.6 ppg, 5.3 rpg, 0.5 apg

Alex Foster - doubt BU had a big chance for Foster but he verballed to Minnesota then changed to Texas Tech when Tubby Smith was hired there. He was not one of the elite freshmen in the nation but did play in 25 games, averaging 1.8 ppg/1.5 rpg

Russell Woods - went to John A. Logan juco, part time starter averaged 6 ppg

Tommy Hamilton, Jr. - went to DePaul - got to play a ton and did OK -- 7.7 ppg, 4.8 rpg

Martez Walker - went to Texas, played quite a bit (13 mpg) 4.7 ppg, 2.3 rpg

Devin Carter - went to Kent State - barely played, 1.9 ppg

Alvin Ellis - again BU didn't have much of a shot - he went to Michigan State, played a little, averaged 1.9 ppg

AJ Riley - went to John A. Logan juco played a decent amount, had some good games, averaged 7.9 ppg, 1.9 assists

Justin Edmonds - went to Marshall - redshirted & did not even play

Michael Tucker - never played the rest of his senior HS season, was going to go to Mt. Zion Prep, but tore up his knee, then committed to Hutchinson juco and has still not played.

Carter Evans - went to D-II Northern State, injury limited his play - 3.6 ppg, 2.3 rpg

Chris Carter - BU withdrew their offer and he went to LIU - played well - was averaging almost 8 ppg then broke his foot and will get a redshirt year

can't find even one other 2013 recruit that was on our radar screen who even did much anywhere...
