Which MVC teams can Bradley move past next year?

Bradley finished in 7th place, 2 games behind the 6th place teams.
Most of the other MVC teams appear to be improved next season.
So, with Bradley's 2014 recruiting class, which MVC teams will Bradley move ahead of if they do climb higher, and can they stay ahead of the teams that were behind them?

the three behind Bradley were pretty awful Valley teams this year - but they will improve....
all three owned worse RPI's than any MVC team did the year before - and the only time I am aware of that the MVC had FOUR teams (BU included) that had RPI's that bad.
