I can see why this guy has had the results he has had. Relationships, persistence, and lack of ego always demonstrate success in any walk of life.
I credit Geno to have the forsight in visualizing chins role and talents to produce a pipeline that we have not seen since the Versace era. Geno also suppressed his ego in allowing people to flourish around him by utilizing their talents
We will be lucky to have Chin around long term but am grateful what he has done so far

I agree that it's great to get talented Chicago players. Now let's turn that into some on-court success. No more Thursday nights!

Now we need someone to coach this strong talent Chin has brought it. I like the idea that one of the posters on PJStar suggested - hire Kevin Brown. We need someone to push these guys and hold them responsible. Something that has been lacking the 3 years of this coaching group.

I like that idea. Maybe Kevin Brown could have a similar motivating force that Chuck Buescher had in 2005-2007. I don't know how much of an X's and O's guy Cole Pittis is, maybe he can do the same thing.
