This is just me being nosey. With the apperance of a good recruiting class this Fall and Spring, how many of you who were not going to renew your season tickets this year have now changed your mind and are going to renew? If you were not a season ticket holder are you going to get season tickets this year? Just being nosey.

Good question. In recent years, we have slowly been stretching out our stay in FL. This year we headed south Jan. 14. In prior years, we have given tickets for the remainder of the season to family. The last few years the only tickets used were for the ISU game. I had pretty well decided not to renew for next season and told anyone who cared to listen. I now have to happily eat my words and will renew. Date of departure may depend on the Braves performance and improvement from game 1.

Two years ago I did not renew because we leave for Florida the day after X-Mas and return around the 10th of Feb (granddaughters birthday can't miss that). Last year we bought tickets in the first row of the upper bowl cheap seats but sat in our old seats every game but one when we were home. This year I am going to buy our old seats and give them to friends and family while we're gone those 6 weeks.

Let's see ... ... ...

Same band with same five songs. Same announcer with same worn out delivery and expressions. Same lids on the same baskets keeping the home team from making UNCONTESTED layups and free throws. Same visiting team court advantage. Same high price for hardly the value paid for tickets. I might listen once on the radio. Doubt it.

I dropped my tickets due to work travel and School, subconsciously I'm sure it was motivated by my lack of faith in the team last year. My Travel is a little lighter, but I still have school. I will say that the class brought in definitely has me considering buying season tickets even if a few are given away (or unused - even for free BU tix have be hard to move among my friends the last few years...)
