Taylor Brown chosen as Player of the Week in Belgium

Taylor Brown, who made a switch in mid-season, is now playing for Brussels in the Belgian pro league. In just his second start for his new team, he had a great game- 31 points and 8 assists to help lead his team to a win.
Unfortunately, the Brussels team was buried in last place when TB joined them, so they have no chance of advancing to the league playoffs. They have 4 more games to play.

Taylor Brown joined the Brussels team in the Belgian pro league when they were languishing in last place. He has been their best player for the last part of the season, and helped raise the team out of last place and into 8th place (in a 10 team league). His team played their last game yesterday, and they will not make the playoffs, so Taylor's season is finished, and he is returning to the US tomorrow. But his fine play will certainly help him get more contract offers next season if he chooses to return to play in Europe.
However, in his final game, he scored 32 points, and had 7 rebounds, and was named the Belgian League Player of the Week for the 2nd time in the last 3 weeks.

Taylor Brown's Brussels squad clobbered ISU's John Wilkins' Verviers squad a couple weeks ago but before Taylor Brown was playing with Brussels...

He was just named Swedish Top Pro League PLAYER OF THE YEAR

but incredibly - he left the Swedish League some time ago back in mid-February, to take a position with his current Belgian team, and has not even played in the Swedish League for the past 3 months!
He also won Forward of the Year & Import Player of the Year
