Not that it means anything, but some posters on an Illini Board are saying that they feel that we have a good shot at him because of the established relationships. Also, there is supposedly an article (I haven't seen it) on a premium Indiana board that says JC is shopping around for a school that will let him play on the perimeter. If he wants 5 star treatment I think he knows Bradley is the place, but if he wants to just be another recruit playing in a big conference he may go elsewhere.

nobody really knows for sure but it was pretty widely discussed among the IU people that with their loss of a couple big guys - Indiana was likely to need Josh more as a big man playing the post and thus he told them he's looking for where he won't be asked to play as a big man and wants to be used only as a wing, which is where his best chance would be of playing a the next level.
But if you saw that on the Illinois boards - they probably took it from us...

I don't know if that helps sell Bradley to Josh, but it would let him get comfortable and hit the ground running while he refines his skills into whatever kind of player he thinks he wants to be.Gotta stop feeding the trolls.

I will be announcing what school I will be attending on Tuesday at 3 PM at Morgan Park high school.
The retweets urge him to pick Indiana, DePaul, and South Carolina.
The St. John's beat writer says it is between a final 3 of Bradley, St. John's, and South Carolina.
A South Carolina website also says the final three are Bradley, St. John's, and South Carolina.
IllinoisPrepBullseye says he has 5 finalists: Bradley, DePaul, Indiana, St. John's, and South Carolina-
Another Chicago recruiting guy, Daniel Poneman, says he'll pick Creighton. However, from what I have seen, Poneman is not as well connected as he used to be.
One more interesting development- Indiana Head Coach Tom Crean is desperate for size after his only effective big man Noah Vonleh entered the NBA draft. He just got a commitment yesterday from 6'9" Tim Priller, a virtual unknown forward out of Texas.
Last Friday, he also got a committment from another virtual unknown kid, a 7-footer from Arizona.
Indiana picked up its fifth commitment of the 2014 recruiting class Saturday evening, as 6-foot-9, 200-pound Richland (Texas) forward Tim Priller announced his commitment to the Hoosiers via his Twitter account.
Indiana does have 1 scholarship left, and is still hoping to sign Josh Cunningham.

the spring signing period ends May 21 at midnight so he can't do too many more of these bluffs and false announcements
BTW -- the St. John's guys are gleeful because they are reporting that Bradley is OUT OF THE RUNNING...
and that Bradley just ran out of scholarships and have landed another juco wing player...
Of course BU has landed a couple smaller juco guys who maybe they are calling wing players in Warren Jones & Kendahl Amerson ..but both are SG's or Combo Guards
and landing them does not use up our last scholarship.
...but then their ignorance doesn't surprise me at all with some of them tweeting imbecilic things like this

Nice that we are in the mix, but really do you guys think we have a shot amidst the schools that are in the running?
Not sure why he'd want S. Carolina - Indiana probably lack of PT. Creighton a definite possibility and my guess as to where he'll end up.
DePaul - who knows - maybe.
Bradley - we just don't get the recruits we really want and need. Other than hoops (which I think he knows BU hasn't been doing well since we made the NIT), not much in Peoria that would attract a kid other than academics.
