Did you see this new NCAA rule change...
"NCAA president Mark Emmert said Friday that he was happy to take
pressure off the NCAA and its member schools as the governing body's
legislative council voted earlier this week to eliminate all the previous
restrictions on food (that is supplied free to the athletes)."
instantly this has begun discussion on how any individual school might use this to their advantage in recruiting....
Feeding players breakfast in bed!!! Drive them to Michael Jordan's Steakhouse?... or build better restaurants right off campus, cater to the players from Johnny's Italian Steakhouse, sushi chefs in each dorm, making sure you know the favorite food of every recruit and target them (someone like Jordan Prosser surely would have loved Wisconsin if they had a dairy farm nearby!)
