"Way-Too-Early" Preseason Top 25 for next year

Now that the 2013-14 college basketball season has ended, we'll start seeing preseason Top 25 lists for next season. Here is an early one from NBCSports.com-

It has all the usual teams at the top, but note Wichita State at #12. And despite having 3 teams in the Elite 8 this year, the Big Ten has just 1 team in the first 18 on the list (Wisconsin at #3).
