Jim Molinari headed to Nebraska?? That is a surprise...must have been a very good offer....we kinda know what he makes at WIU ($140-160K - LINK)
and certainly Big Ten schools are known to pay some of their assistants that much and more..

Don't be surprised if we hear more on this....as I have at least heard that several people have been contacted in regards to their interest for the open spot at Nebraska - and Jim Molinari is one of them.

so Nebraska head coach Tim Miles is actively searching for the right guy to fill that open spot on his staff.
Of interest - Time Miles said in an interview just a month ago that he named Jim Molinari as one guy who has impacted his career & that he admired Mo's defensive coaching abilities.
...and Nebraska has scheduled WIU recently - describing Molinari as Tim Miles' "long time friend"...and "Western Illinois coach Jim Molinari, whom Miles considers a
close friend in coaching circles"
