Houston near to completing a deal with Sampson
he just came off 5-years of NCAA sanctions
count me as one who thinks he won't be as successful as when he had free reign to break as many rules and lie as often as necessary to get away with it..
surely Houston will keep a closer watch on him but Sampson has shown a personality that appears to be above any sense of guilt or conscience about following the rules that everyone else has to follow -
