I would think the future of this administration or any other administration would be based on the auditor's report that has been hinted about and not about opinions expressed on either board. I know many here would disagree with me but I can't believe that either of the last two administrations have distinguished themselves where Bradley basketball has been concerned.

Clearly an eligibility issue. Pikeville is an NAIA school, not subject to NCAA rules, and has much lower eligibility requirements. He should put up good numbers at an NAIA school.
edit: post was corrected to show Pikeville as an NAIA school, not a lower division NCAA school

NAIA schools are already playing games...
and ex-BU commit Macari Brook definitely had a great debut...
In his very first game in college, the juco transfer scored 22 points in Pikeville's 100-63 victory
In just 23 minutes he was 10-14, 5 rebounds, 4 assists, 4 steals
He's gonna dominate at this level!
PIKEVILLE, Ky. -- The Bears had been pent-up for too long and were ready to run as newcomers Macari Brooks and K.K. Simmons poured in 22 points each to help the

Tough break that Macari Brooks couldn't get himself DI eligible...
he is on a hot streak for Pikeville one of the top ranked NAIA schools.....
over the last 5 games he's putting up 20 ppg & 6 rpg...
on the season he's at 18.2 pg, 5 rpg, 3 asst, 2 steals

a little F/U on Macari Brooks - too bad he did ot qualify for Division I for Bradley to land him...
he has led Pikeville to a 17-1 record - they are ranked in the Top 5 nationally
Macari, ex-Wichita Shocker Kenny Manigault, & KK Simmons are a 3-headed scoring machine that Pikeville rides almost every game - averaging as a trio almost 53 ppg
Last night Macari scored 24 pts, 6 rebs - hitting 10 of 11 FG attempts

In case anyone missed...
One time Bradley commit Macari Brooks was a 1st Team NAIA ALL AMERICAN as a junior...
his Pikeville team is pick as the PRESEASON #1 team in all of NAIA basketball for 2015-16
..would have been nice to see him at the DI Level -

Macari Brooks
Marcari must have been a Coach Ford recruit? I am sure he is a great player, but is he the kind of student athlete we want? Could the huge improvement Coach Wardle brings to Bradley represent too much of a change for Macari? I am behind Coach Wardle 100% and the kind of student athletes he is bringing in.

another big difference...
just as the MVC releases the conference schedule...
other writers are noticing how incredibly hard the early part of the MVC schedule is for Bradley - possibly even a bit unfair...LINK
..and yet Coach Wardle's only comment was...
"it's a great challenge to play the top two teams right off the bat.."
great attitude - glad he's not complaining

Just a little followup on former BU commit Macari Brooks...
He is now a senior at Pikeville (edit- Pikeville is NAIA not Division II) and they are ranked Preseason #1 in NAIA!...
and they played their first game last night, beating Central Penn 118-84 (led 67-37 at half!)
Macari Brooks had a very good game- 22 pts/8 rebs in just 21 minutes as reserves got a lot of playing time.
Here's something interesting on that box score....
one of Central Penn's best players is John Starks, Jr. (he had 17 pts) - a transfer from Dakota State - any Bulls fan or Michael Jordan fan will remember that name well!Last edited by tornado; 10-27-2015, 04:57 PM.

A little more on ex-Bradley commit Macari Brooks...
Pikeville - who are ranked #1 in NAIA...are already 3-0..
their three games were wins with the following big time blowout scores:
118-84
113-45
107-91
..so they are averaging 113 points per game on offense...
Macari Brooks' 3-game numbers are pretty awesome - and look like this...
3 games, 23 minutes per game, 23-35 (66%) on FGs, 7-11 (64%) on 3-pointers,
12-14 (86%) on FTs, averaging 22 points per game and almost 5 rebounds per game!
(in just 23 minutes per game)
I guess we will never know if he'd have been able to put up numbers like this at DI - but I guess his "verbal to Bradley" was overruled somehow...
ps- some has been written on the 180-Club - a player whose FG%+3pt%+FT%=180 - only a very few players have ever done it.
And I know it's early but Brooks is in the 210-Club!!!
