after juco he committed to Arizona then cut loose and now re-commits back to Cincinnati!
The Cincy coach says other than those two brawls .. Ellis .. "was never a problem" -

a followup on these guys who were our final pool of recruiting targets last spring...
-Milik Yarbrough - at Saint Louis, played all 8 games, 18 mpg, is 3rd leading scoer at 6.0 ppg, 3.5 rpg and hit 59% from the floor
-Dinjiyl Walker - at Oklahoma, has decent playing time in all 7 games (14 mpg), 7.1 ppg, 1.6 rpg, 1.4 apg, 1.1 t/o per game, 37% from 3-pt (7-19)
-Nick Norton - at UAB, starts & plays a lot, 28 mpg, 5.6 ppg, 2.3 rpg, 5.0 apg, 2 steals, 41.4% from 3-pt., team leader in asst, steals, & FT%, & 2nd in 3-pt %
-Dontavious Sears - went to Lamar, but not playing much, 9.5 mpg, 5.8 ppg, 1.8 rpg, and only 2 asst all year
-Octavious Ellis - Cincinnati, 10 ppg, 8 rpg, 3 blks, one of the better big men in the league
-Rasham Suarez - at USM, 6 ppg/4 apg
lots of other earlier targets but none having much impact - except Darreon Reddick 7 ppg, 3.4 rpg at TSU, & Charles Tucker 6.4 ppg/3 apg at TSU
...Sam Logwood barely playing at UNM
-Kendahl Amerson - was ineligible to play this year.
