Still waiting for that 1 perfect week. As I like to say on the 18th tee, "One last chance for fame and fortune."

Wichita - The Shockers playing with a lot on the line. A chance for history. Senior day. #1 seed in NCAA. And it's against a team who gave them their closest game of the year. Expect some nerves early but the Shocks gradually pull away to go 31-0.

Drake - I hope I'm wrong to blow up any chance for a 5-0 record but I just don't think so. I sure hope BU figures out this shooting thing.

Loyola - Since I can't pick my 3rd choice, None of the Above, I'll go with the home team.

SIU - ISU Red good at home, bad on the road. What does that mean when they play on a neutral court? Might be the 1st of 2 straight games these 2 teams play.

UNI - ISU Blue could be weakest #2 seed in recent Arch Madness history. They are not playing well and UNI is playing better.

Man, The MVC regular season comes to a close, and other than WSU and The Trees, it's been a complete scramble all season long from the rest of the teams. It does make it fun for a lot of Valley fans when on most nights your team definitely has a shot to pull off the W. Anyhow, looks like it's still possible for a top 5 pick 'em finish, so I'm taking some chances with MVC go-round #18....

Shockers > Bears
Bulldogs > Braves
Ramblers > Aces
Redbirds > Salukis
Trees > Panthers

Four out of five of these games could be barnburners, and what more would we expect with this season's Valley race. Arch Madness looms, and it'll be interesting to see if any MVC team, other than WSU, go on an absolute roll and punch their ticket into the Big Dance. Now that would be a MIGHTY upset. Looking forward to this round's games...YES!
