Wichita is now #2...but check this out...

The MVC would have had TWO top ten teams had Creighton not left - since now Creighton is #9...
but three more of the Top 10 teams used to be in the MVC - Louisville, Saint Louis, & Kansas - plus the #11 ranked team is Cincy!

#21 Memphis
..and Oklahoma - 3rd highest team getting votes
...were also all in the MVC at one time!

What if Creighton was still around, would WSU have won in Omaha? I don't think they would and the MVC regular season title would be a toss up probably.
