I have always said I think Geno is a good coach, and I support giving him more time, but the results after nearly 3 seasons are not good.
I'll keep asking these questions, which are fair to ask of any coach:

Can anyone name what Bradley's signature wins are in 3 seasons?
Can anyone name a game Bradley won that they should not have won?
What games in the past 3 years has coaching made the biggest difference that helped Bradley win?
Who are Bradley top recruits in 3 years, and how many have made All MVC?

How many wins, in 3 seasons, has Bradley had over teams that ended up with a Top 100 RPI or better?
Answer- 2
Northern Iowa in 2011-12 (RPI 72)
Indiana State in 2012-13 (RPI 72)
None in 2013-14 -Bradley's "best win" this year was against UNI (RPI 126)

And one final question-
Can anyone give any past example, evidence, or reason to be confident that this will turn this around?

If anyone cared, my main suggestion would be to stop taking walking orders from newspaper writers and people who are not invested in Bradley.

I think it's easy to agree with the other questions but this one is pretty subjective??¦none of us know game plans put into place or changes at half??¦.it's not all just switching from man to zone defense??¦.

The "walking orders" comment was a little tongue in cheek. But do you seriously not believe the numerous scathingly negative columns about our last coach had nothing to do with the sudden move to fire him with 3 years left on his contract, 2 All-MVC players returning from injury, and a very good recruiting class, and a cost of millions to pay him off and hire a new coach?

So are you saying nobody has the right to criticize since we aren't privy to the game plan and in-game discussions?

People say all the time "Team A got outcoached by Team B". I think that is a fair critique for fans to make, if they choose to do so.
What games were our opponents outcoached?

What would your answers be to this and the other questions?

And one more question that I've had a hard time getting any fans to come up with a consistent answer-
Where have we seen improvement in 3 years? That was the excuse for the firing of the last coach.

Geno said the exact same thing on the post game show -- ...

but here's the difference - Muller said it spontaneously in a pregame interview where they were the favored team
Geno just got hammered in a loss and was ASKED to come up with some excuse as to why....plus, as noted, BU has fewer players logging decent minutes so it actually may be more of an issue for us.
Either way - let's be consistent and not use excuses like too many games, etc...

Bradleyfan1, IM not basing my opinion on last nights game...that would be *****ic....IM basing it on seeing almost every one of both teams home games over the last 10 years plus the occasional road games and St. Louis. Isu played well last night...see who does better in St. Louis...also I would expect a 2ND year head coach to be weaker than an experience guy....Muller definitely made a mistake by benching their point guard last year at Carver...cost him the game...but he has learned...that's what IM seeing...genii has started some players this year that don't even get in the game anymore....have they got that much worse during the season or is it just random lineups?

I did get a chuckle out that one! I actually prefer to look at a coaches overall body of work, verses just a 2-3 year window. For example, did you know that some coaches actually have a lifetime losing record?

I think the relationship between the President and Les had more to do with him being gone..

I'm not saying people can't critique or criticize??¦I was just responding the question about naming 3 games where coaching made the biggest difference in a win??¦..I think it's very hard know that really??¦??¦a coach could make a very subtle change that was the difference that we might not notice in the stands.

We have regressed this year for sure??¦??¦I think recruiting misses hurt us the most and that's on Geno??¦it's all part of it??¦.if we don't have significant improvement next year it wouldn't surprise me if he's gone??¦??¦at the end of the day the wins and losses are Geno's responsibility??¦
