Shooting near basketball game at Thornridge HS

2 people injured in a shooting near a basketball game tonight at Thornridge High School. The game was between rivals Thornridge and Thornwood HS.-

The Chicago Tribune, as well as several Twitter posters, reports the shooting occurred at Thornridge HS

The Sun Times reports the shooting occurred about a block away from the school, and school officials quickly claimed it had nothing to do with the school and "was a community incident".

Bradley recruit Donte Thomas is from Thornwood HS, but he is not playuing now as he recovers from knee surgery.
