Much like the Cubs of the past, THE PENNY is having a tough MVC season.

Unlike some Cubs fans, THE PENNY can't sit in the Wrigley Field OF Bleachers and get drunk during every game THE PENNY misses on!

But, there is always next year for THE PENNY, as, Wrigleyville West in Mesa AZ opens up.



THE PENNY can go over to Mesa a couple of times this March for Spring Training and sit on the grass berm in LF and enjoy a few suds watching
the new adorable cubbies try to avoid the same fate THE PENNY is experiencing this MVC Regular Season!

ISU R ... Birds go sit on the Trees and do their thing on the Sycamores
SIU ..... Fresh off their upset win over DU, takes out MSU
DU ...... THE PENNY defies the odds, and, common sense, flipping out for the Dogs
EU ...... THE PENNY jumps off the BU Bandwagon, big mistake, and goes
with pocket Aces over a BU team hoping for 3 of a kind (straight wins)

THE PENNY was striving for 5 as well, 5 loses!

Darn EU spoiled the party by beating BU...leaving THE PENNY 1-4 for Game 8!

There was trouble in THE PENNY's locker room today.

I heard there was a spare change only closed door meeting after the Braves blew a chance to gain respectability in the MVC vs the Aces.

There will be no post Game 8 sodas/food, and THE PENNY will have to wash his own uniform....
