Local successful football coach Ken Hinrichs and someone us old timers will remember, Don Alford who played both basketball and baseball for the Braves have passed away.

thanks Chico - Don Alford is an ex-Bradley basketball player..played for the Braves 1947-51 and has a career total of 118 pts scored per the BU record book.
He was signed by the White Sox, pitched a few games for them and has a career record of 4-1 in the bigs
