    Here's your answer

"Evansville, & Loyola now are all jammed up at 2-5 and tied for LAST PLACE with Bradley tied for 5th place with Missouri State"

A couple more observations from the game...

-the refs seemed to "protect" Seth Tuttle and game him a foul call just about every time he touched the ball, sent him to the FT line a bunch and nobody on BU even got anything close to similar. As many times as Walt was bumped and hammered driving to the hoop he got only a couple FT attempts

-I am sorry but I think the stat guys missed a few of Walt's nice passes and assists. they have him for 3 assists - and I am certain he had 3 in the first couple minutes of the game - and a few more after that.

-Wes Washpun trash talked a little to Walt - probably a little carryover from the 40 pt win they had at UNI - but by the end of the game Walt was giving it back to Washpun pretty good - personally I am not a fan of trash talking but this time Washpun had it coming.

-Att. 6585 but a lot of those seats were empty - they missed a good game...

I thought Tuttle traveled a few times as well as hooked most all the time and never had anything called on him??¦

Kind of fun to see a whiny Ben??¦..

I thought Geno and staff did a good job tonight as well??¦..

The 4th call on X was unreal. I really thought he was playing great Def

One more thing - we really need to work on some reliable out of bounds plays -- this is getting a bit nerveracking...

BTW - IVC's Zach McAllister was at the game - anyone think he looks a little like someone on our basketball teams?

I agree. I think he's gonna be pretty good in the valley. We just hafta remember he's only 18. Too bad we couldn't have red shirted him!

That was fun. Walt heated up on a cold night. I thought my ears were going to fall of on the way out to my truck. Fun win. Hilight was jacobsons T and 3 ensuing possessions.

2 wins in a row! So glad I was wrong. Not sure what game the refs were watching tonight as both teams got hosed a few times. The 12 fouls called against our centers were just a joke. Tuttle would be a 1st team All American if he had this crew every night. For the 2nd straight game we played much better in the 2nd half and in the guts of the game we made the key plays. Walt, when he plays like this, gives us a chance to win. Had some really good sequences on defense but we also had some "what was that?' sequences too. Overall another good effort from the guys. Need to be able to take it on the road Sunday as we play Evansville. Games at Evansville, Loyola, Drake, and SIU are winnable games and as long as we can go 2-2 in these games and win against all 4 of them at home, 2-0 so far, I think we can avoid playing on Thursday in St. Louis. Whether this team can do it or not remains to be seen.

Sounds like the some things never change in MVC MBB Officiating....

Or is the MVC using sorry **s NFL Championship Game Officials now in MVC MBB?

                              In any case,

BOOOOOOYAHHHHHH To the Bradley Braves! Lets go for 3 in a row!

the call in question was a bad call and Jacobson was maybe right to be ticked that refs missed a kicked ball but it goes our way and I am not too bothered by it as many calls as have gone against us this season.
As all long suffering BU fans can attest, foot stomping on the floor of Carver Arena will get MVC Head Coaches a T all the time!

It's about time the stomping was on the other foot, and BU fans finally get payback for all the vitriol MVC Officials gave JL while he was stomping the sidelines at Carver!
