Have lost 13 of our last 15 games against UNI. ...
I know, it's getting a little bit annoying...
but here's one reason...
Yes, they shoot 3-pointers well and they always recruit kids who are good shooters, but check these numbers out....
The past 3 seasons, UNI's basic game plan is the three point shot.
Here are the 3-point shooting numbers from the games since 2011.
10-24
12-24
11-26
15-26
8-23
11-29
Total - 67-152, 44%
They definitely shoot a lot more 3's against us than against everyone else on average...
If we want to beat them, we need to guard their 3 pointing as well as shut down Tuttle.
Go Braves - we are due for a complete game. Lets hope Geno's boys have had a good week of practice.......the Quick Change I care about is in BU's current President..............the sooner the better.
seems everyone has us losing - from Las Vegas to Dave Reynolds' pick..
but I think we win this one - we watch the tapes of how SIU did it, Tuttle gets a little of the flu, and they are just dumb enough to cover us man to man and give up some open looks.
Unlike most years - they don't really have anyone outside Tuttle that rebounds well - and they are outrebounded by a lot of their opponents...
..plus if our crew can just raise the rim on their end a few inches - it'll throw them off, but be sure to reset the rim at halftime.
Alright you guys, let's listen up...OK, we won a game yesterday. If we win today, it's called "two in a row". And if we win again tomorrow, it's called a "winning streak"... It has happened before!

Bradley wins - teams played about even - but the big difference - a bad call that led to a foot stomp by Ben Jacobson then a technical that turned out to be a 5-6 point swing in Bradley's favor...
the call in question was a bad call and Jacobson was maybe right to be ticked that refs missed a kicked ball but it goes our way and I am not too bothered by it as many calls as have gone against us this season.
Walt has a great game - a lot of our turnovers come from our bigs trying to dribble the ball...and we sure don't want Chris Blake in the game at the end when you know they're gonna foul to put us on the FT line.
What a heroic effort by Walt! He carried Bradley tonight. I can say that any other BU player played very well, but Walt made up for everyone else's off game.
The technical foul on Ben Jacobson was a critical part of the run that put Bradley ahead in the second half.
This was pointed out 8 days ago on the WSU game thread...
"By the way, SIU won tonight 68-66 over UNI, which leaves Bradley all alone in 10th place. "
Haven't seen any recent updates. Can someone fill me in where we stand now, and how that compares with where we were picked to finish? I'll hang up now and wait for the answers...
Great game ...great win. I thought the team showed great improvement, and played a lot of team ball. The refs were really bad . I felt they missed more that hurt BU, rather than helped em.
