Judge rules that player kicked off team must be reinstated

This has really gotten silly- Iowa State dismissed a player from their team last summer for a violation of the student code. It involved a charge of sexual assault. The charge was eventually dropped, but the school president and the athletic director still would not allow him back on the team. So he filed a lawsuit, and today, a judge has ruled that Iowa State must allow him back on the team.
