Loyola-ISU was 27-27 at halftime.
But, Loyola has reverted back to their inept mode. They have only 7 points in the first 15 minutes of the second half. ISU isn't a lot better. They have 19 points, and lead 46-34.

And what a surprise. Wichita State, who was down 42-24 at halftime, is coming back, and now trails 58-51 with 6:39 left.

Drake takes a 58-53 lead with 6:03 left at UNI.

Wichita came back and won but had to go with their starters almost the entire way -- they are talented but clearly are not a deep team ... and got scoring from only one player off the bench..

their entire bench production was 8 pts, 3 rebs, but zero assists, zero steals, zero blocks....
by the third game in 3 days in St. Louis - 35 games into the season - they could be worn down or have an injury and be vulnerable to upset

good news is that we're still tied for 6th (a five-way tie) but it's also a tie for last place

I think we may lose by 40 unfortunately. Marshall knows how to pick apart the other team's weeknesses...and we've got some. And they will not let up on the accelerator.
