I don't know if ISUred will win on the scoreboard, but the Shox better watch out for ISUred's big men when they go for rebounds after last year... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mS2NlJstpqw

Other MVC games Wednesday
ISU loses at Wichita 66-47 - ISU gets just 27 points out of their starters
SIU 71 - Loyola 67 - Desmar Jackson 31 pts
Indiana State 77 - Drake 73 - another home team goes down - Drake's Richard Carter gets 29
UNI 80 - Evansville 53 - as even another home team loses - Marty has to be feeling a little heat down south...The Aces were out of this game early and losing by 20 in the 1st half
One other one -
Illini will likely fall out of the rankings with a 30 point blowout loss to Wisconsin - Illini were losing by 25 in the 1st half...RR 20 shots to get 17 pts, Brust 11 shots to get 18 pts...game still has 8 min to go but Illini are toast

Yes, just as the Journal Star was saying how the home teams seem to be dominating this year (even though it was after just 2 games) tonight 4 out of the 5 visiting teams won.
Wichita State was the only home team to win, and they will win all or nearly all their games home and away this year.

one more thought on the Illini-Wisconsin game...
If you look over the roster of players Bo Ryan has on that squad....there might not be any that will play in the NBA and most were landed after Wisconsin beat out mostly mid-majors recruiting them!!
(several were kids Bradley was recruiting and, like Brust & Gasser, and Kaminsky, we thought we had a legit chance to get!)
Historically very few of Bo's players ever do have success in the NBA - and the few that do don't last long and are maybe playing over in Europe.
So how does he do it?
How does Bo Ryan recruit kids who are not the prototypical athletes and blue-chippers that everyone says you have to have to be a winner at the top level?
IMO, he does it by recruiting solid, smart kids who learn, make few mistakes, are willing to wait a couple years to get their playing time, and he "coaches them up".
I am not necessarily a big fan of Bo Ryan, but the excuses we hear for why Bradley can't win (can't get key recruits, etc...) are lame -
