Bradley vs. Portland game thread

saying Omari is our best player out there is fools gold - he's throwing up a bunch of 3's - he hits 30% on the season although he's obviously hitting better tonight...
but he still scores a few points so in the absence of anything else happening - we get lulled into thinking that's good - but it isn't we need to get the ball in the paint - we aren't even trying any more

There has to be changes made on the staff at the end of the year.

Omari is 4-4 on threes- that seems impossible for a Bradley player. Unfortunately the rest of the team is 0-5.

we are 13-30 overall but getting outrebounded 26-19
they have 21 pts off our turnovers
one nice thing - we are 13-13 from the FT line

We are getting killed by their unathletic players who keep making jump shots, something out more athletic players can't seem to do.

But we don't need shooters, we need more athletes.

the body language is awful - I say sit down anyone who doesn't want to give 100% - not just the holdover players

there are only 3 or 4 players who have demonstrated they want to play at this time -

No, he was on for a pretty long time, I thought. He didn't say much. Just said if we had made our layups, and kept them from second chances, we would have been in a good position to win the game. So he saw things we can work on and correct.

Ok. I heard the last part of the post game wrap up. Heard the run down of stats and final thoughts. Guess I just missed Geno by a couple minutes.
