  • Our Offense

It seems to me our offense is almost completely just players going one on one. We do not have great ball movement and never seem to get a lot of assists. Also, I remember in the past we had creative inbound plays that got us scores. Is it a product of not having a true point guard or so many new players? I'm just not sure what our offensive scheme is most of the time. I think we are better than we are playing at least on the offensive end.

Bingo. This was another loss to a weak team that we had no business losing to.
And I am certain we'll see some fans who are clueless who will try to blame Walt, but the problem is that he has been forced to play out of position for 2 1/2 years, and he gets no help from anyone else on this team (except sometimes TP). This is not a good team, and the responsibility for that lies with the same people responsible for playing Walt out of position for 2 1/2 years. Bradley was outplayed and severely out-coached again tonight.

If Walt has an off night there is not a chance for a W'.......a shooter might take a team out of a zone but we do not seem to have one! Good news is your freshman XT is your best center.....bad news is your freshman is your best center with Zero production behind him!

I do think Bell is getting better which is good!

I don't get hung up on assists really??¦but it's hard to get them when you don't pass or shoot the ball very well.

I don't remember scoring on inbounds plays for years it seems

We have played enough games to have made some adjustments on O' by now! Every team playing the Braves defensively is like watching the movie "Groundhog Day"......they all press the Braves, play zone and double-triple Walt when he drives........can we see some improvement at some point or have we already peaked on O'? It's becoming evident that we most likely will not shoot a team out of playing zone and breaking a press seems like a struggle......running out of ideas on what to change but surely something has to work! Also agree that we never score on inbound plays anymore, even after time outs!
