Bradley (5-3) is 0-2 on the road. The UW-Milwaukee Panthers are 8-2 overall, 2-1 at home, 4-1 in road games, and 2-0 in neutral court games. They are coached by Rob Jeter in his 9th season. They were picked to finish 9th out of 9 teams in the Horizon League 2013-14 preseason poll, so their 8-2 start is surprising, and it is the best record among the 9 Horizon League teams in the non-conference season so far.
Their last game was Sat. Dec. 3 at home against UNI (who was picked 3rd in the MVC preseason poll), and UW-M won 83-72.

They play most of their home games in the U.S. Cellular Arena in Downton Milwaukee (the former MECCA). But, the game Saturday with Bradley is the first of 3 home games they play in theie small campus arena, the Klotsche Center.

when a team has a quality scorer - like we have Walt - they need to run plays for him, plays to get him open, off screens, etc...

It has worked for scorers from Hersey Hawkins to Anthony Parker, to Andrew Warren & Theron Wilson - and even for guys like Sam & DSE..

Three years of having your best scorer/off-guard playing point guard has it's limitations - the guys in the zone drop off everyone else and help on Walt and if nobody else can hit a shot then Walt goes 4-19 and we hit 3-22 from the arc.

This is the third consecutive season that we are and are going to be among the worst teams in the league in assists & FG %

There's time to turn it around...
Bradley had at least one player in the TOP TEN of the league's Assist to Turnover Ratio every single year forever until 2011 (Cello, Will, DRuff, Sam, etc..)
- then we have NOT HAD ONE SINCE!!!!

I am really interested in seeing what kind of effort we bring with us in Milwaukee. I'm not just talking about playing harder but also smarter. Of course not missing FT's and layups in double figures wouldn't hurt either.

Thanks BP - as always - notes are very thorough & very good

At this point last yr (2012-13) BU was 6-2 and we won our 9th game to go 7-2
and at this point in 2011-12 we were 4-4 and we won our 9th game to go 5-4
..I am thinking we catch them on a cold shooting day and win 73-60

The video quality is very good and I don't even have that fast of internet service. Maybe 4.5-5.0. I also am viewing on a 50 inch plasma and still looks good.

Is there no audio with the video broadcast? The video looks great, but I have no audio with mine, and I find it hard to watch a game with no audio at all.
