Not an MVC game, but San Diego State built a 19 point lead in the second half over Creighton. Creighton had come back to cut the lead back to single digits.
McDermott not getting much help, he's scored approximately hald of Creighton's points. SDSU outrebounding CU by double digits. looks like they miss Echenique.

enjoyed the Creighton/San Diego State game and the Duke/Arizona game

SDSU is loaded with talented athletes who run, dribble, pass, get up off the floor and rebound and did just about everything better than Creighton.
If they take McDermott out then good teams will make a run on them -
The Big East is loaded with teams that are this good, so are they gonna play McDermott 39 minutes every game?

Then Arizona really looked good knocking off Duke - these two teams looked like the two who could be playing the final game next March..
Duke has 5-Star kids who don't even get into the game

The MVC games ended this way:
ISU beat DII Sonoma State 75-58 - but it was pretty close - with just 14 minutes to go this was a 1-point game!
Indiana State 97- Alaska Anchorage 87 - Juston Gant 19 & 6, Jake Odum 10 assists
Drake 84 - Fresno State 74 - at least they played a D-I! Drake spotted Fresno the first 10 points then shot 56%, Ricks 25, Carter 21 - their two starting guards took 31-57 of Drake's shots
Missouri State 74 - Texas A&M 67 - Bears come from behind and score 49 in 2nd half - best win by the MVC yet!
