Robert Morris University in Peoria and head coach Bobby Ford are moving ahead with starting a basketball program in Peoria in the fall of 2014. They are doing billboard and social media advertising to attract players. -

The RMU basketball team will likely play at the same level as their first year football team last fall- NAIA. The Football team went 7-1 and won their conference.

they are members of USCAA an organization of small private colleges and universities
