that's right - if someone wanted to transfer now to Bradley his options for paying tuition & costs this season would be
-pay his way 'til 2014
-convince someone currently on scholarship to pay their own way (McDermott did it) or find cause to "open" a scholarship
-have the potential transfer stay where he is 'til the end of the season then transfer and hope for an immediate eligibility waiver
