  • Final: Arizona State 70 Bradley 58

Bradley (4-1) plays at Arizona State (4-0) on Friday, Nov. 22, at 8:00 PM Central time. Arizona State won their first three games by an average margin of 33 points. They played a road game at UNLV Tuesday night (Nov. 19) and won 86-80.

ASU was 9-9 and tied for 6th in the Pac-12 last year, but they appear to be much improved this season, though they were picked only 7th in the preseason Pac-12 poll. They have one of the top point guards in the country in 5'10" sophomore Jahii Carson (18.7 ppg, 5 apg, and shooting 55% from three), and one of the top big men in the country in 7'2" senior Jordan Bachynski (12.7 ppg, 11.7 rpg, and 4.3 blocks per game). They shoot the three very well (45% so far), and they rebound extremely well, outrebounding their 3 opponents so far by an average of 46-32.

The only listed viewing option is the Pac-12 Network. I do not think it is available anywhere in Central Illinois, but if anyone knows, please post the info.

I will be trying to locate an online video stream, and if I do, I will PM it to all those who received the PM about the BU-Illinois stream.
If you are not on my list, PM me and ask to be included on the list to receive info about an online video stream. I am pretty confident there will be one available to view for free, but can't guarantee it at this time.

we have four players averaging double digits - then it really falls off from there - demonstrating the depth of this team, IMO certainly not consistently and ....thus far we've played 4 of our weakest opponents; we will see...
(JMU is 0-4, CMU has not yet beaten a D-I, CSU is 1-3 against DI's beating only JMU, and ASU is 2-2 against D-I but their two wins are over winless JMU and CSU)
.. everyone besides Walt, TP, Omari, & Barnes are giving us the level of contributions that we got from Jalen Crawford, Shayok, & Anthony Thompson...

Xzavier Taylor is only averaging 12 minutes per game and has not been starting - but he gives us something down low nobody else has been giving us.....
and Bell & Blake have at least been decent in sub-roles, and we will eventually get JP back & he may contribute...
BTW - I know the sample size is small but - on the basis of PER MINUTE PLAYED - Nate Wells is 6th on the team in scoring and FIRST in rebounding.

Can't tell about Nate, but I would hope if he played 13 minutes he would at least take 1 shot and get more than 1 rebound.

My apologies to all for any confusion, but when I converted our game times from out of region games to Central time, I did not realize that Phoenix does not "fall back." At the time I posted the times, they were on Pacific time, but now Phoenix is on Mountain time. In short, Friday's 7:00 p.m. start time at Arizona State equals 8:00 p.m. here in Illinois.

Also, the Pac 12 Network is available on Comcast here in Peoria in the upper tier of packages. It is in the Digital Premier package, channel 532.

FYI - I just checked DTV and they don't carry the PAC 12 Network with any package. The PAC 12 Network won't make a deal with them now...

I am sure they could if you ask for it, and being that they are big supporters of Bradley, they should have it on.
It is on the Pac 12 Network- Channel 532 on Comcast cable.
If anyone knows the channel for the Dish networks or other cables, please post.

Game notes are now available online: http://www.bradleybraves.com/ViewArt...CLID=209318604

I have inquired about video streaming and at first glance, it appears the Pac-12 Network streams its games through a league-wide agreement with NeuLion. Here is a link to the Arizona State men's basketball filter on the Pac-12 Networks website: http://pac-12.com/live?SPSID=25965&S...=arizona-state

I'll let you know if I hear the stream won't be available live.

The guys aren't enjoying the usual Arizona sunny, warm weather. Chilly, for Arizonians anyway, in the low 60's and rain predicted most of the weekend.
