I am cautiously optimistic - we haven't beaten anyone yet who didn't lose by 20 to Illinois...
plus we have started 3-0 each of the past three seasons - so we're not where we want to be just yet...

I like your qualifiers. Top 4, NIT, 20 wins works for me. I would also put in losing no more than 1 home game.

To do that, Grier needs to be a 3 point threat, TP can't have off games, and we have to continue to be productive with Walt on the bench.

Otherwise there is still more work to be done. Im not overly concerned with W's vs L's and Conference finish.

I think there was a real chance to win 20 games with the scheudle we started with but we underperformed.....
but now with only 11 wins under our belt (11-16) and four games remaining - and we know we're likely to pick up a loss in the MVC Tourney as well - now the best we can hope for is maybe avoid 20-losses???
