U of I settles lawsuit over Chief Illiniwek

under the agreement - the organization that honors Chief Illiniwek is barred from using most of the depictions of the Chief with the University claiming they own the rights to his likeness.
The Honor the Chief Society can still "host activities" but nobody can any longer dress up as Chief Illiniwek.
wonder if this agreement will allow someone to put a different costume on - maybe this one - LINK - or this one - LINK
