    The New BradleyBraves.com

The new and improved BradleyBraves.com launched this morning. Though not a re-creation of the wheel, we think it is a cleaner site offering a better presentation of Bradley Athletics. One element that may stand out, though, is the new video portal. We are now streaming live events in HD. The new equipment arrived late in the summer and we have been testing the first few events of the year. Hope you find the improvements worthwhile.

      old rosters

      Bobby

      Love the new/improved site.
It is especially useful to us fans who live so far from Peoria and use it to keep up on the Braves. Thanks for all the hard work that went into the site.

A bit of an 'off the wall' question-if you will(I just maybe the only one interested in this):

I enjoy the old basketball rosters 'pull down' section, but note that it only goes back to the early 70s. I assume that the reason that these rosters trail off for the years before the 70s date is due to lack of time to update(or lack of interest).

I will also assume that the data is available to update the older rosters-but offer my services if the reason somehow is due to the lack of detail(I have most of the old yearbooks-with complete rosters dating since 49-50). I know poster Da Coach has many of these items too....not that I'm volunteering him

Again, thanks for all of the hard work that goes into the Bradley site!!!!

It's actually an on-going project for all of our sports.

Looks good BP, though I will offer the constructive criticism that I don't personally care for headers that stay at the top of the page as you scroll. JMO

New video looks great! I'm running a 5 MB connection, and don't notice any problems on the videos I am viewing. I haven't run any live events yet, hoping I can still get the same quality.

Is there any hope of Neulion creating an app for set top boxes like Roku or Apple TV? It would be nice to be able to watch this on my big screen (in HD). I'm still running an RGB cable to the screen, which isn't optimal. Thanks for all the work you do with this!

I agree and the ad placement is less than optimal as well...

The new video equipment sounds good and is long overdue. When I lived out of town for a few years, that video feed (frustrating as heck) was all I had, but it meant the world to me to keep up with my BU hoops addiction. Hope it works well.

The Bradley fans living outside IL do really appreciate the streaming video. I have used it for 3 years, I believe, and already agreed to next year.
