Bradley wins a round in court vs. Kent State

The Ohio courts had ruled in favor of Kent State and against both Geno & Bradley..the trial would be set to proceed next month to determine the damages - then we'll see appeals almost for certain..

BUT Kent State had wanted another series of depositions...

Bradley's counsel moved to request a protective order to prevent Kent State from asking and filing subpoenas for more depositions - specifically Dr. Cross & Dr. Glasser.

The court ruled in favor of Bradley so for now - no more depositions.
"It is apparent that KSU simply wants to make an end run
around the discovery cutoff and force Bradley and its key employees
to endure yet another deposition ..

..is only requested by KSU to harass Bradley.

..a clear abuse of the discovery process."
