None of the preseason magazines are on the newsstands yet but some of the info from the Blue Ribbon Preseason College Basketball issue
(one of the last to actually be released - the pre-order date doesn't even start 'til Aug. 22)
appears to have been made known...and is being discussed elsewhere...
Their 5-man Preseason All American Team is:
(contains one walk-on and one kid who has never even spent a day in college yet, and not a single ACC player)
Doug McDermott - Creighton
Adreian Payne - Michigan State
Marcus Smart - Oklahoma State
Russ Smith - Louisville
Andrew Wiggins - Kansas - incoming freshman has never played yet in college but getting high accolades
The only arguable guys might be the incoming freshman and Payne - who some argue isn't even the best player on his own team.
McD, Smart, and Smith likely all would have been 1st round draft picks had the left for the draft...Wiggins has a lot of hype like Anthony Davis did...
