  • Dave Reynolds' wrapup story on Bradley's Bahama's trip

Summer trip to Caribbean put wind behind sails of BU basketball team

Nice article, but I hate to correct the geography of whoever wrote the headline- but the Bradley team did not travel to the Caribbean.
The Bahamas are not in the Caribbean. They are in the Atlantic Ocean.

Interesting mention of redshirt for Xzavier Taylor but I think he will play - all it would take is one injury or factor and is someone else is out then we'd need him

I think XT is more likely to be the starting 5 come January than he is to be a redshirt.

Southern Mississippi is playing well in the Bahamas Summer of Thunder.
They beat the Street Legends All Stars 90-65 on Tuesday, they beat tha Bahamas All Stars 81-73 on Wednesday, then the New Providence All Stars 119-85 on Friday. Then they beat the Commonwealth Giants 97-61 Saturday.
They play again today, their 5th game, against the Real Deal Shockers.

Bradley will be due to possibly take another FOREIGN TOUR NEXT summer in 2017 as the NCAA allows one every four years...
Donte Thomas will be heading into his senior season and we should have an experienced group of juniors as well as some new guys...

I hope we take a tour somewhere that fans can plan ahead and go along...
            Cancun, Cayman Is., Bahamas again?
