Time and time again we have seen the NCAA overstep their bounds and play to the money every time..but now their lax attitude towards cheating, their greed, and their political correctness is catching up to them and the entire organization is in trouble...
here's a great piece on how they have destroyed themselves with greed & hypocrisy...and are CRUMBLING from within
-They seem powerless to control the conference reshuffling, and the progress that BCS schools have shown towards defying the NCAA and going their own separate way and taking all the profits...
-FOR YEARS they looked the other way while the big schools cheated constantly and then went after the little guys..
This approach now has them in a huge bind as the big schools are drunk on their power and their constant cheating and do not want to stop their cheating - they instead want the NCAA to just keep looking the other way and are going to force the issue
-they appear to be headed towards a huge financial loss in the "O'Bannon lawsuit"
-and now yet another big lawsuit just being filed today
but sadly the bad news is that many smaller schools & schools without football will go belly up if the NCAA dissolves because the big schools with FB control all the money, the games, the scheduling, the tournaments, and everything else.
Schools like Bradley will end up looking to dissolve sports or go NAIA.
...but the problems will get even worse for the BCS guys as every athlete will get agents & lawyers and ask for the biggest payday...
