Great move by Loyola. I am sure Mullins will one day make a great coach, and this will help Loyola's recruiting with his connection to the Illinois Wolves.

a lot of programs are positioning themselves with ties to the Wolves, we just saw ISU hiring one of the Wolves' coaches...
and it's obvious why as they get some of their good players from the Wolves programs..

Good for Loyola and Mullins. I hated him when facing SIU, but I don't think there's a team in this conference that wouldn't have wanted him as a player on their team. I could see him, strictly based off of his playing days, becoming a pretty solid coach down the road.

Loyola just extended Porter Moser a year thru 2018 - not a bad deal for Moser, considering in his two years there he's just 22-39
