The story on Wichita's Zach Brown is interesting - he just graduated from "prep school" but still is returning this fall for a post-grad year at the same prep school (South Kent).
But over the summer he is in Wichita working out with the Shockers...so I guess this is all legal and all....as long as it's on the order of an open gym...but I doubt any coaches can be present - hmmm...

how about a question that's sort of a poll --

we happen to have a bunch of guys who will debut this fall for Bradley that were SPRING RECRUITS or spring signees...
Grier, Fields, Blake, Swopshire, Barnes...

who was Bradley most effective spring recruit?? Many of our spring verbals have been kids that did not pan out
- Rashad Austin, Shayok, Andrew Davis ..but who have we gotten in the late period that really paid off?

Taylor Brown?
Dyricus?

I will go with this guy and hope someone else on the current squad challenges him for superiority among spring recruits

Of course, all recruits used to be spring signings until the NCAA started the "early signing period" in November before players' senior seasons. I am not sure when this rule was added, but I think it has been since the late 1980's or earlier.

Bradley, however has at least 3 open rides from Prosser, Pickett, & Lemon graduating
