One of the top scorers in high school in the US has committed to Carleton University, one of the top college teams in Canada. Brett Stockton, a 6'5" kid from a small Michigan high school who did not receive much recruiting interest from D1 schools in the US despite averaging 34.1 points per game, decided to play in Canada. Carleton has won 9 of the last 11 Canadian college national championships.

Carleton University in Canada has won 9 of the last 11 Canadian collegiate championships. They are pretty good, and here is more evidence- tonight they beat Wisconsin, and it wasn't close. Carleton lead by more than 20 points by the middle of the 2nd half, and coasted to the win. A flurry by Wisconsin in the final minute or two cut the final margin 95-82, but the outcome was never in doubt.-

Wisconsin gives up 92 points again tonight but still pulled out a win over Ottawa in Canada
Ottawa shot 52% from the arc - and Wisconsin needed to do even better - and hit almost 60%
Even tho it was a summer exhibition and Wisconsin played everyone - they still played a couple starters a lot of minutes (Brust 36 min, Dekker 32)
Wisconsin will have a different look this year than usual - they really do not have a lot of depth in the frontcourt and sometimes played a 4-guard offense.
In fact - they started four guards and a forward...Kaminsky came off the bench
