When is the Red and White scrimmage scheduled? I'm too far away to attend but this was the first I had seen on it.

brings JS and SZ off the bench lets them watch to start and gives one of the chance at foy and the other 6th man also Ford COY and Walt POY thats a lot of hardware!

as of now I will stick with my same starting five I had back in mid-June, but as we get closer to the exhibitions, I might sub Barnes in for Fields
...I am going to add a tiebreaker that anyone with a guess has to submit.....

you have to also guess the attendance - the first exhibition will be Oct. 28 vs. Upper Iowa - and although it has not been stated for sure - it is likely to be in Carver Arena

No idea if this means anything or not, but at the Red and White scrimmage, the White team had 4 players I would listed as early favorites to start (Lemon, KB, Pickett, and Pross) starting with Barnes. Now, I was slightly more impressed with Swoop than Barnes last night, but both looked good. I think both are impressive players, and either one could start. KB I wasn't sure would be ready, but he looked good last night. If I had to guess on a starting lineup at this stage, I would go

Lemon
Bell
Barnes
Pickett
Prosser

GUESS THE STARTING LINEUP FOR THE FIRST PRESEASON EXHIBITION GAME -

The date and opponent are yet to be determined - but it'll be the first game vs. outside competition.
Remember - every year we have virtually NOBODY who gets it right because we have injuries, & last year had suspensions that were unforseen.
Deadline will be 48 hrs prior to tip off and anyone who wants to make a guess now can amend it or change it up to the deadline!!

This thread was started four months ago - and despite the sluggish interest and that fan involvement is down as evidenced recently - we have a bunch of guesses...
note that the deadline will be Oct. 26 (7PM next Saturday!) if you still want to submit a guess for the starting lineup...

I know this thread fell into obscurity but...it was posted almost FIVE months ago!!

and yet - nobody (who would have been eligible to win) got the starting lineup right -- nobody!
This guy had the starting lineup right back in mid-August when he said this... - LINK - but he's not eligible
So I guess we can roll the pick-em prize over to some other contest...
