obviously it's open for debate - but Peoria, IL supposedly came in 11th from what I hear....
and I also hear Normal, IL was dead last....

I didn't click on the link, T, but I'll take you word for it on the data between Peoria and Normal. It's definitely believable.

Hard as it is to admit having gone to IWU, the ISU environment is pretty nice and the B'ton/Normal cities are great in their own ways.

You'd have to convince me on Peoria, as I've only visited on numerous occasions. I will say the people I've run into are very nice and the river is a nice feature.
