Paul Jesperson, a 6'6" sophomore guard who played the last 2 seasons at Virginia, has transferred to Northern Iowa. He played in all 35 games for Virginia last season, and averaged 4.7 ppg. He is originally from Merrill, Wisconsin and is a former Mr. Basketball in Wisconsin. He is an outstanding shooter.
