Here's a good news piece of trivia....highlighting one of Bradley's all time greats!

Did you know that the Indiana Pacers have made it all the way to the NBA Conference Finals and they DO NOT have a single player on their roster
who was drafted in the TOP EIGHT picks of any draft.

Here's the trivia question - when was the last time any team made it this far without a single player who was a TOP EIGHT draft pick?
AND - who was that team's top draft pick??

It hasn't happened since the San Antonio Spurs did it back in 1983...
and their highest drafted player in that season was ROGER PHEGLEY
who was taken at #14 in the 1978 NBA Draft

it's a pretty grainy B&W movie converted to video - you'd think taken in 1972 it would be better quality but someone was probably using an old 8mm movie camera from the 1940's ...

Roger Phegley would have been a sophomore and the kid who is #44 in white is a a tall, lanky kid who resembles Phegley...
Be curious if anyone else can spot Roger...

It wasn't properly converted. All I did was play it on the wall and videotape the wall. And since it was 8MM the flashing and speed are off when it gets videotaped with a current camera. It would be much clearer with a proper transfer.

I may be wrong but I don't think Phegley played much varsity as a sophmore. EP had a good center named Kim Arnett during that time. That may be #44.

correction
I saw Phegley play at EP in 71 on the jv team which probably was his Freshman year. I dont know if he played varsity or not sophmore year.
