Yes, if he enrolled at another school before the deadline for the 2nd semester enrollment, he would be eligible at the end of the first semester next season.

I agree with you that I do not see Bradley going after another transfer player, unless it is a high-level impact player. Powell is a junior averaging 2.6 points per game at Rhode Island. He would only have 1 1/2 years of eligibility left at another D1 school.

Cameron Biedscheid, who went to Notre Dame after a great HS career in St. Louis, then transferred to Missouri last December, would have been a key part of the Missouri team when he became eligible this December. However, Missouri now announces he is leaving the program. Neither side is talking.
