Brandon's brother is leaving WMU. I have heard he wants to play in a bigger conference than the MAC. I have heard NU or DePaul mentioned ..... What about Bradley?
Wasn't there word of some mystery visitors coming to campus?
here's an interesting story on how desperate recruiters & coaches get to fill those final open scholarships with any big man out there
"...high-major programs are all lined up and working like they're the last 25
dudes in a bar with just one moderately attractive girl. Closing time is in 15 minutes.
Somebody just yelled last call...
Bunch of guys badly in need, or at least they think, of somebody to take
home from an establishment where the demand far outweighs the supply.
Suddenly, an OK girl -- i.e., somebody almost nobody would've noticed six

Illini Caravan -- a series of meet & greet events around the state...
Demetri McCamey & Sam Maniscalco have done these events..)

but when Northwestern fans & students railed and threatened to boycott the local pub - apparently thinking this was an insult and was ANTI-Northwestern...
.. the owner relented, cancelled the event - and it was rescheduled in CHICAGO!!
Illinois' decision to hold its Chicago coaches caravan reception in downtown Evanston, the backyard of rival Northwestern, was bold at best and contrived and unnecessary at worst.
Update, 8:30 p.m.: World of Beer owner Ted Mavrakis said his decision was influenced by the student response. “I don’t want to alienate the community in which we live, so I made the decision,” Mavrakis said. Original story: Illinois is not coming to Evanston after all. A week after the Fighting Illini announced a May...
