I fail to see how this is going to get more season ticket holders next season.....look for attendance to drop again!
Sometimes I wonder if the magic # for cheap rent on season tickets is 4200..............

IMO, this is a really bad decision and along with another lackluster home schedule will further contribute to the worst decline in ticket sales (and donations) in Bradley's history.
What's the reason behind this? And why no mention of some of the even higher prices some season ticket holders were told their seats will cost?

BU Release on New Season Ticket Prices
Coach---I agree w/ you 100%. This move is VERY ILL TIMED and cannot help attendance or loss of fans. I'm a Marketing guy and I know without question that you raise prices when there is increased demand for the product and/or the product is perceived as being clearly superior to the competition.
BU has neither of these. Athletic mediocrity reigns supreme and this administration(President and AD) seems oblivious to understanding the viewpoint of BUs remaining fans. They are losing it and it won't stop IMO until the trustees intervene.

Now we finally hear more about some of the enormous ticket price increases that apparently got left out of Bradley's press release on Friday-

Irony of situation .....
The Riverman are gone. The Pirates already have vacated the civic center. The only remaining local big show in sports playing here is Bradley which has to mean they [we] are in the driver's seat for just about anything. Yes? Before any one could catch their breath, price increase in ticket prices. Let's see. What more could we possibly be getting for our money? More ads all over the center? No. Those pay for themselves. Right? A dry playing floor replacing the wet spots the home team does a better job of finding than the visitors? Right. Installation of strobe lights to at least do something in trying to get the crowd involved? Not a chance. A new free to use easily accessible parking deck? No. This would be helpful and an act of kindness to the PAYING {THROUGH THE NOSE} public. I know you could argue a better team on the floor, but, alas, the civic center has nothing to do with this aspect of 'the show'. Attendance has been dwindling for a while (meaning FEWER PEOPLE ARE GOING TO THE GAMES], and, as Peoria is determined to remain politically sided to the left, the most logical thing for these same left wing lame brains to do is raise prices. There has got to be some place we can go to have fun!

if there was ever a team and ever a time to hike prices big time, it would be NOW and FGCU --
the economy in SW Florida is booming relative to the rest of the world, the teams are coming off historic & record setting seasons, demand for new season ticket applications are unbelievably high...
and yet - they are NOT jacking prices - most tickets are unchanged....their season ticket price for a court-level row, mid-court seat is still under $250, they are offering EASY options for ticketholders to UPGRADE, incentives for new, 1st time applicants, and staudents are free.
